The Gratitude Box

Today i saw something great.

Something simple, that encourages reflection and captures positive thoughts.

Today i saw the ‘Gratitude Box‘. An idea brought to life at the Sustainable Living Festival in Melbourne.

What you need to do is think about what or who makes a difference in your life, write a note of thanks on the retro typewriter called Mr. Royal, and then nail it to the wall of the gratitude box.

What a great way to spread the love and openly express how lucky we are.
& If you’re a believer in karma then maybe this is something of interest to you!

I took some photos of what people were thankful for and I’ve shared them below.

What would you put on the gratitude box?

  1. What a beautiful yet simple way to ask us all to take a moment to think about what we are grateful for. Isn’t it interesting that everyone is grateful for love, family, health and happiness and nobody shares that they are grateful for wealth, power or status?
My appreciation is for my perfect soul mate, my loving children, my health and my well-being.
